Booking Confirmation
Booking a service online does not guarantee you a spot for that date/time. You will be contacted by email or phone for confirmation.
Cleaning Providers
Our providers undergo thorough vetting. You can trust that all our providers are of high integrity and held accountable.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to deny or terminate service due to safety concerns, inappropriate situations, weapons on-premises, severe clutter, or disconnected utilities. Providers also have the right to refuse service if they feel unsafe or threatened.
Cleaning Day Preparation
Your cleaning price is based on our cleaners focusing solely on cleaning. We request a few minutes to tidy up to facilitate easy access. If you require additional tasks, please inform us in advance.
Add-On Services
Additional services such as heavy-duty cleaning or paint removal are available for an extra charge.
Pets
We accommodate pets but ask for limited indoor activity during cleaning for efficiency and safety.
Service Fees
Quotes are based on our experience but may be adjusted based on the actual condition of the house. We will inform you if adjustments are needed.
Payments
Payments can be made by credit card or E-transfer. Credit cards are charged after the completion of the appointment.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds but will rectify errors promptly if notified within 24 hours.
Recurring Service Discount
Discounts for recurring services begin after the first cleaning. Price adjustments may occur if cleanings are skipped.
Rate Increases
Rate adjustments may occur if there are changes in service frequency or home circumstances.
Lockouts
Ensure access to the service location on the scheduled day to avoid charges for missed appointments.
Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule without incurring a fee.
Alarm
Ensure your security system is off or provide us with access instructions.
Use of Homeowner’s Vacuum
We are not liable for any damage to homeowner-provided vacuums.
Cleaning Supplies
We provide all the necessary equipment and products. Let us know if you prefer green cleaning products.
Items We Cannot Clean
We do not handle mold removal or clean areas with certain substances.
Unreachable Areas & Heavy Items
We have limitations on reaching certain areas and moving heavy items for safety reasons.
Breakage/Damage & Loss Policy
We are not liable for damage to certain items unless disclosed during booking.
Cleaners Arrival Window
We strive to arrive within a 2-hour window period disclosed during booking.
Holidays
We do not provide service on stat holidays and will reschedule if necessary.
House Key/Key Release
We are not liable for any damages or theft if the client chooses to leave a key for entry.
Non-Solicitation of Providers
Clients agree not to solicit our providers directly for hire.
Governing Law
